    What amazing service! I found out the medicine we needed was much harder to find than I even knew. After calling over 15 pharmacies I somehow connected with this establishment. They came to my rescue to ensure my daughter got her much needed medicine. When every other pharmacy said sorry no, the pharmacist here cared and helped right from that phone call. He didn't have it in stock, but he made some calls across the city and before you know it, i had the medication within 4 hours of that call, when no one else could or would help. I'll never forget this amazing service and kindness. Definitely above and beyond. Thank you Demetro for all your help.

    This place is amazing! A wonderful pharmacist helped me with my child’s vaccines and guided me through everything. He was more attentive and caring than even our pediatrician. I’ve never experienced this level of care anywhere else. I left with everything I needed and then some

    What an amazing business. The owner/pharmacist went above and beyond for me and my family when my daughter was ill - even going so far as to help coordinate a telemedicine appointment for her so we could get a prescription for that he could prepare same day. He even offered to stay later than their closing hours to get it done. It’s such a clean and organized pharmacy, and the service is impeccable. 10/10 recommend.

    My son requires daily medication for management of a chronic condition. There were major stock issues for his medication that none of the big chains were able to help us with. Faced with not being able to get his medication I started calling around to smaller pharmacies. The pharmacist was able to partially fill his prescription to keep us going and the stock has now stabilized. I've been impressed with the cleanliness of the pharmacy and the automated prescription renewal service. We won't be going back to the "big pharmacies". Bravo!

    I'm so lucky to have found this pharmacy. After finding out about a nation-wide backorder issue for the life saving drug required by one of my family members, the Shoppers pharmacy told me to figure it out and try to find stock elsewhere myself. After calling a dozen pharmacies who told me they could not help me, I luckily reached the Orleans Compounding Community Pharmacy. The pharmacist went above and beyond to help me secure the prescription we needed, took care of transferring my prescription and insurance information over from Shoppers, and had the prescription ready in less than 24 hours. The pharmacist made this otherwise incredibly stressful process smooth and offered exceptional, personalized customer service. The pharmacy is clean and there was no wait time in line upon arrival. The pharmacist went above and beyond to appease concerns about ensuring the drug was the exact one required by proactively sharing the DINs for the medication and really soothed our concerns. I am happy to have found this pharmacy and will never go back to a big store pharmacy again! Thank you so very much.

    I’ve been with this pharmacy since last year and couldn’t be happier. The staff is always helpful and informative whenever I have questions about my medications. They’re reliable and fast—my prescriptions are always ready on time, with no long waits or delays. I truly appreciate their professionalism and great service. Highly recommend!
